Interview a polio survivor about his or her experience with polio and post-polio syndrome in a quiet location. Make sure adequate lighting is directed toward the side or the front of the subject’s face (never from behind) and that the camera is stabilized. For optimum sound quality, use a lapel microphone. If one is not available, place camera close to subject – making sure there is no background noise such as humming from appliances.
Feel free to include old family photographs to help illustrate the story and edit the best moments of the interview into a video no longer than three minutes. The file you upload should be no bigger than 500 megabytes.
